Yes, this is as easy as it can get! So, basically we will need a fresh, ‘straight from the fields’ quality celery.  Now how to turn this celery into celery juice? Very simple!

First of all, you need break the celery branches. I personally lie to throw the leaves away because I personally don’t like the flavor of it. But you can use the whole thing anyways. The leaves are equally as nutritious as the branches.

Now you need to wash the branches properly. Especially the ground root portions. Another reason of washing greens like celery is that celery is one of the few vegies which requires a lot of pesticides in order to maintain a prosperous harvest. So, the celery which is lying on the kitchen table must contain a huge amount of pesticides which can be harmful for your health.

There is an organic celery option which will cost you a bit high from the regular ones. But in that case you will be 100% sure that these ones does not contain anything harmful.

Recipe Number 1: Honey and Lime Celery Juice!

So, going through the ingredients real quick. In order to make yourself a Honey and Lime Celery Juice, you will need:

  1. Celery
  2. 1 Table Spoon Honey
  3. Half of a Lime
  4. A pinch of Salt

So, first wash the celery, slice it into smaller pieces. Through then into the mixer. Make the mixer do a rough chop. Then, add a half of lime. Make sure that the lime has no skin and seeds. You will have to take out the seeds and cut out the skin. Add one table spoon of honey and a small pinch of sat. Trust me, this pinch of salt is going to make a huge difference. Then start the mixer.   5. Cilantro
  6. Mint leaves
  7. One Tea spoon Black salt

First of all slice the celery. Mince the chilies, cilantros and the mint leaves. Throw all of the goodies into the mixer and give a rough three second go! Then cut the skins from the lemon. Do not forget to take out the seeds. Then add the lemon to the mixer as well. Make a fine paste. Then add some honey and black salt. Then again make a fine mix. Pour the mix into the strainer.
